Lot maintenance (one-time): carefully removing any vegetation under 6” in non-forested lots.
Lot maintenance monthly: remove vegetation under 6” on a monthly basis (one time charge for three months or six months of lot maintenance)
Topographic survey: complete survey of lot with .25m topographic lines. Survey includes major rock formations, a tree survey, and water / setbacks
Soil test: determine the structural needs for the design of the home, particularly around seismic
